Tutor for Investments - Platute Free Consultation

Hello everyone

I am a Graduate from The University of Melbourne, having completed a BCom with a distinction, and having majored in Accounting and Finance. I have a passion for crunching numbers, and I am at my best teaching Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Finance. I have four years of experience teaching these subjects to a range of students including VCE students, A Level students and University students.

I also have a decent background in terms of practical work experience, having interned in 3 of the Big 4 institutions and I have recently completed the Chartered Accountancy qualification. As such, I could also mentor you as you seek to achieve the best version of you. I enjoy helping people and hold a special appreciation of the idea of doing well by doing good, thus often aligning myself with several charitable institutions in Australia.

After years of experience, my advice is: Look at what different people have to offer and at what you need before making a choice!

What’s more fun than learning?!

I am a lecturer, Data Scientist, and an entrepreneur. I have been lecturing university students in the past 15 years in both B.Sc and M.Sc levels. I enjoy teaching and have found it satisfying when you help someone to learn. I believe anyone can learn any concept, it’s just the matter of how the knowledge is being transferred and taught. Let’s learn and let’s be a life long learners and create a better future 📈📊📚💻

Along with Computer Science and Data Science subjects, I also teach and mentor students/learners on:
- Innovation and Technology Management
- Strategic Planning
- Interview preparation and career readiness

I also can help you make strategic plans for your education and career journey. I have assessed more than 10,000 CVs and applicants for different industry roles and have interviewed over 700 applicants in the past 5 years for different roles in companies for my teams.

I have mentored more than 20 PhD students in the past 2 years on Platute and have had over 5000 students in B.Sc and M.Sc levels in the past 15 years lecturing at universities.

I have taught a range of subjects of Accounting, Finance, and business. I love to share my insight in flexible and relaxed environment where students' learning and clarity of concepts is vital.
I enjoy my teaching and feel enthusiastic while interacting the learners

I have a GPA of 6.438/7 for my dual Master degrees from University of Queensland (UQ) with strong knowledge of economics, finance and accounting (what I have learnt from UQ).

I have nearly 2 year experience in tutoring at UQ School of Economics with high evaluation score (more than 4.5/5). I know more or less what areas you are afraid or confused in your courses (getting from my personal studying and tutoring experience); therefore, I always try to find the most approachable way for you to solve your problems.

So I am here to help you improve your results in the university. (Willing to help you everything, except for assignments in the UQ courses which I am currently teaching at UQ due to the conflict of interest)
