My specialty comes under 3D animation and Visual Effects. As a creatively challenging person and a CG geek, I’m always engaged in ambitious projects and works. During my three years in a media arts degree and my current experience has taught me what it means to be an artist and a good leader. My communication, versatility and the ability to plan and work to a deadline has become one of my major strengths. Being a team player, I strongly believe that better performance can only be achieved by working together, systematically and efficiently.
My experience working as a 3D Generalist and a Project Lead for ‘Crowded Cadman’s’, exhibiting at Vivid Sydney in 2022 allowed me to gain experience within an industry production. I assisted by creating storyboards and moodboards for the overall animation, additional to modelling and texturing characters. I had the opportunity to learn rigging for nine characters which included both bipedal and non-bipedal. Motion capture was utilised with TJW artists to capture animation for bipedal characters, while I hand- animated a range of non-bipedal characters. I assisted through to the lighting and rendering of the scenes which highlights my technical skills within the Muster 9 console employed at UNSW’s render farm.
Software Specialisations: Mainly After Effects and Autodesk Maya. Others include Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Audition.
