I am currently in my final year (4th year) PhD program. My research is in school leadership and management practices of principals in secondary schools in the Solomon Islands. I have background knowledge and experiences in school leadership. I have research skills in interview and survey data collection. I have skills in NVivo software qualitative data analysis, mixed-methods approaches, case study, coding techniques, and academic writing skills for thesis analytical write up merging and weaving data from a variety of sources. My expertise is in educational and school leadership. I attended and presented in a number of national and international conferences, forums, and workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Solomon Islands. I have my first article on Educational leadership in the Solomon Islands: Training principals for quality schooling published in the Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics. I am currently focusing more on education and leadership.
