I am a recent graduate of the University of Washington and a future medical student. I have been tutoring classmates, friends, and students for the past four years in cell biology, AP Biology, genetics, biochemistry, Study Skills & Organization, ADHD management, Algebra, Geometry, History, and personal finance and investment. I have extensive experience in a practical laboratory setting and have been a member of two different labs studying pigmentation pathways and the pathology of Alzheimer's Disease. All of my tutoring experience has been with students ages of 14+. I love tutoring because of the improvement it makes in the lives of my students. Nothing makes me happier than to see a student go from struggling and unconfident to being excited to learn and excel in the topic. As someone with a very colorful academic history, I understand both sides of the tutoring world and apply all my experiences to help my students the best I can. I love being a friend, mentor, and tutor to my students and am sincerely passionate about their success. I pride myself on my ability to adjust to the learning styles of my students and my supplemental outside resources I provide.
