The head of talent acquisition will:
- Work closely with the leadership, business development and marketing team to form a strategy to attract the top tutors, mentors and coaches to our platform
- Work with the data and business intelligence team to come up with ways to track activities and performance of each tutor, mentor or coach in our network
- Develop mechanisms to keep the tutors, mentors and coaches remain engaged with Platute
- Develop mechanisms to quickly know and take action against the inactive tutors, mentors and coaches that may hurt the user experience or brand image
- Be responsible for implementation of the developed strategies
